Yes on the surface it seems mundane and pointless; but it is showing an appreciation of the simpler things in life. As I get older I cherish the moments in time that I have been blessed with it's called "stopping to smell the roses" no one is promised tomorrow and in the blink of an eye time will whisk us all to different places, spaces and circumstances. Enjoy, cherish and respect this VERY moment in time right here, right NOW reading even this comment for who knows when it, I, you or us shall intersect again in this journey we call life.
Ha - I agree with both statements - I thought it was a lovely story, however I think the papparazzi are a bunch of criminals who refuse to leave people alone in their own homes (but on the other hand, if one gets to be President of the United States, constant attention is sort of a small price to pay - within reason).
